Stouffer shall have temporary partial custody of th~ said Joshua Cody Stouff~r as follows: a. On alt~rnating w~ekends, with times based upon Defendant's swing shift work schedul~, as follows: (1) When Defendant has b~en working th~ 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. shift, h~ shall pick up the child from the babysitt~r at 3:30 p.m. on Friday and shall return the child to th~ sitt~r at 2:30 p.m. on Monday. (2) When D~f~ndant has be~n working th~ 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. shift, h~ shall pick up th~ child from the r~sidence of Doris Stouff~r at 11:30 p.m. on Friday and Plaintiff shall pick up the child at 8:30 p.m. on Sunday at th~ marital r~sidence, (3) When Defendant has been working the 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. shift, he shall pick up the child from the babysitter on Friday at 8:30 a.m. and Plaintiff shall pick up the child from tl~ marital residence on Sunday at 8:30 p.m. b. On weekdays following Defendant's exercise of weekend partial custody, depending upon Defendant's swing shift work schedule, as follows: (1) When Defendant is working the 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. shift, he shall transport the child from the babysitter on Wednesday at 3:30 p.m. and Plaintiff shall pick up the child from the marital residence at 8:30 p.m. on Wednesday. (2) When Defendant is working the 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. shift, he shall pick up the child from the babysitter at 8:00 a.m. every weekday and return the child to the babysitter by 2:30 p.m. every weekday. (3) When Defendant is working the 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. shift, he shall pick up the child from the babysitter at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, and Plaintiff shall transport the child from the marital residence at 8:30 p.m. on Wednesday. c. On weekdays when Defendant has not exercised weekend partial custody the previous weekend, depending on Defendant's swing shift work schedule, as follows: (1) When Defendant is working the 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. shift, he shall transport the child from the babysitter on Tuesday and Thursday at 3:30 p.m., and Plaintiff shall transport the child from the marital residence at 8:30 p.m. (2) When Defendant is working the 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. shift, he shall pick up the child from the babysitter at 8:00 a.m. every weekday and return the child to the babysitter by 2:30 p.m. every weekday.
