STIPULATION AGAINST UENS

WHEREAS, Gregory A. Bretzman and Christine M. Bretzman of 104 Hill Street, Mt. Holly
Springs, PeMsylvania 17065, are about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with
L. Kiner & Sons Home Improvement of 909 Torway Road, Gardners, PeMsylvania 17324, for
improvements to be made to building situate 104 Hill Street, Borough of Mt. Holly Springs,
Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at the nonhwest comer of Hill and Hollinger Streets; thence along the nonhern side
of said Hill Street, in a westerly direction 93 feet, more or less. to line of lands now or fonnerly
of William Nickel; thence along line of lands of said William Nickel. in a nonherly direction 195
feet, more or less. to line of lands now or formerly of Freeman Harry; thence along line of lands
of said Harry. in an easterly direction 139 feet, mor,e or less, to said Hollinger Street; thence
along the western side of said Hollinger Street. in a southerly direction 169 feet. more or less,
to the place of BEGINNING.
BEING improved with a two story single-family frame dwelling with attached carpon known and 1It
numbered as 104 Hill Street. Mt. Holly Springs. Pennsylvania.
NOW, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal contract. and before
any authority has been given by Gregory A. Bretzman and Christine M. Bretzman to L. Kiner
& Sons Home Improvement to commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for
the same in consideration of the making of the said contract with L. Kiner & Sons Home
Improvement and the funher consideration of One Dollar, to be paid by Contractor. it is agreed
that no lien shall be filed against the building by the Contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by
any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased,
or extra labor for the erection of said building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.
