The cost to make said repairs and to complete the remainder of the electrical work was $1,104.13 as is set forth on Exhibit "F" attached hereto and made a part hereof. Specifically, the Contractor connected wires without providing for junction boxes, left wires dangling and had wiring connected to water pipes. 26. The Owner paid $632.76 to purchase an air conditioner for the addition which was required by the original contract. The receipt for said air conditioner is attached hereto as Exhibit "G" and made a part hereof. 27. The Owner paid $158.82 to purchase a ceiling fan tor the addition which was required by the original contract. The receipt for said fan is attached hereto as Exhibit "H" and made a part hereof. 28.
