1.
Father shall have legal custody of the child.
2, Father shall have primary physical custody of the child subject to the Mother's
periods of temporary physical custody,
3, Mother's periods of temporary physical custody shall include:
A. Such times as the parties may mutually agree upon.
B, The parties agree that during any period when the child is in North
Carolina visiting the parents of Father, Mother shall be permitted to visit with child and
may, as the parties may mutually agree upon, exercise periods of temporary custody during
the child's stay in North Carolina. The parties further agree that if Mother comes to
Pennsylvania, for short periods of time, Mother may, upon the mutual agreement of the
parties, exercise periods of temporary visitation, In the event the parties mutually agree to
a period of temporary physical custody for Mother in North Carolina apart from the
foregoing, Mother shall be responsible for all costs relating to the transportation of the child
to North Carolina and return to Pennsylvania.
4. The parties shall keep each other advised immediately relative to any
emergencies concerning the child and shall further take any and all necessary steps to ensure
that the health. welfare, and well-being of the child is protected,
5, The parties shall do nothing that may estrange the child from the other or
inhibit nalUral develllpmen1 of the child's love and affection for the other party,
6, Both parties shall have reasonable telephone contact with the child during
periods when the other parent is exercising physicall'Ustody.

7, Any modification or waiver of any of the provisions of this Agreement shall

. i be effective only if made in writing and only if executed in the same formality of this
Agreement. The parties shall recognize the child as a dependant of Father,
8. The parties agree that in making this Agreement there has been no fraud,
concealment, overreaching, coercion or other unfair dealing on the part of the other,

The partie~ desire that this Agreement be mad.: an Order of Court through
the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County, and further acknowledge that the Court
of Common Pleas of Cumberland County has jurisdiction over the issue of custody of the
parties' minor child and shall retain such jurisdiction should circumstances change and either
party desire further or require further modification of said ORDER.
