EXHIBIT "A" ALL THAT CERTAIN lot or Township, Cumberland bounded and described parcel of land, situate in South Middleton County, Pennsylvania, more particularly as follows: BEGINNING at an iron pin on the southern right of way line of Derbyshire Drive, a fifty foot right of way, which point is located on the dividing line between Lots Nos. 20 and 21 on the Plan of Lots known as "Final Plan for Mayapple Village, Derbyshire Lots 1- 39"; thence from said point of beginning along said dividing line South 01 degrees 22 minutes 49 seconds East, a distance of 125.00 feet to an iron pin on the property line of other lands of Mayapple Village as shown on the aforesaid Plan of Lots; thence from said iron pin along said property line South 88 degrees 37 minutes II seconds West, a distance of 115,00 feet to an iron pin on the property line of other lands of Mayapple Village; thence from said iron pin North 01 degrees 22 minutes 49 seconds West, a distance of 125.00 feet to an iron pin on the southern right of way line of Derbyshire Drive; thence from said iron pin on the southern right of way line on Derbyshire Drive North 88 degrees 37 minutes 11 seconds East, a distance of 115.00 feet to the point and place of BEGINNING, BEING Lot No. 21 containing 0.3300 acres on the Plan of Lots known as "Final Plan for Mayapple Village, Derbyshire Lots 1-39", prepared by Statler-Brehm, Engineering and Planning Consultants, dated January 26. 1989, and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania in Plan Book 58, Page 68-A.
