Summons; a check in the amount of $45.50, made payable to the
Prothonotary of Cumberland County, representing the filing fee;
and a courtesy envelope.
Please file and docket the same and issue a Writ of Summons. Then,
please return the original Writ of Summons to us, because we intend
to serve the Writ ourselves. Also, please provide us with a
clocked-in copy of the Praecipe. I am enclosing a courtesy
envelope for your convenience in returning these to us.
