FOR VALUE RECEIVED, the undersigned promises to pay to the order of
CLECKNER AND FEAREN at 31 North Second Street, Harrisburg, PA 17101, the sum
of Four Thousand Two Hundred Thirteen Dollars and Ninety-Six Cents ($4,213,961,
which represents $3,896,16 In principal and $317,80 In service charges through July
31, 1995, together with Interest at the rate of 1 % per month commencing August 1,
1995 on the unpdld p. il.clpal baldnc.&, with any IJdyrnttnts to La flli:lde Of. the fifteelllh
(16th) day of each month commencing September 15, 1995 and on the fifteenth
(15th) day of each succeeding month until paid In full, Payments made hereunder
shall first be applied to interest and then to principal. To secure payment of this Note,
the undersigned hereby authorizes and empowers any Prothonotary or Clerk or any
attorney of eny Court of record to appear for her In such Court, at any time, before
or after maturity, whether or not In default, and confess judgment against her In favor
of any holder of this Note, without the filing of an averment of default, with release
of errors, without stay of execution, and for such amount as may appear to be unpaid
thereon, together with charges, attorney fees In the amount of ten percent (10%) of
the unpaid balance and costs, and the undersigned hereby waives and releases all
benefit and relief from any and all appraisement, stay of exemption law of any state,
now in force or hereafter to be passed,

IN EXECUTiNG THIS NOTE, I UNDERSTAND THAT THE NOTE CONTAINS
WORDING THAT WOULD PERMIT THE ENTRY OF JUDGMENT AGAINST ME IN THE
COURTHOUSE AND I KNOWINGLY AND VOLUNTARILY WAIVE MY RIGHTS TO
RESIST THE ENTRY OF THIS JUDGMENT AGAINST ME IN COURT AND DO HEREBY
CONSENT TO THE ENTRY OF THIS BY CONFESSION AND THE COLLECTION OF
SAME BY ANY LEGAL MEANS.
