Dear Sir,
Reference is made to Sheriff's Sale dated June 20, 2003, and pertaining to Writ of
Execution No. 2002-4057 Civil Term, in the above mentioned case.
On April 8, 2003 the above execution was issued by the Cumberland County
Prothonotary's Office, Carlisle, Pennsylvania with instruction to levy o.n one 1991 Dodge
Caravan, Reg. No. DXH4401, Vin. No. 2B4GK2531 MR 138520, title owner Melinda Lehr.
On May 2, 2003 said execution was served upon Paul Sheaffer, at 144 West Church
Street, Carlisle, Pennsylvania 17013 at which time above mentioned vehicle was levied upon.
On May 28, 2003, Sheriff Sale Bills, with sale scheduled for Friday June 20, 2003 at
11:00 A.M. were posted on the abovementioned vehicle, at 144 West Church Avenue, Carlisle,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17013.
On June 20, 2003 at 11:00 A.M. at 144 West Church Avenue, Carlisle, Pennsylvania a
Sheriff's Sale was conducted at which time said vehicle was sold to Dana Steffy, of P.O. Box
66, Elliottsburg, Pennsylvania, for the sum of $1.00 it being the highest bid and price quoted for
the same.
