WHEREAS, Taylor Home Remodeling, Inc., also known as and doing business as
Taylor Homes' Remodeling, of Mechanicsburg, cumberland county, pennsylvania, is
about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract with James Wissler and
Linda Wissler, his wife, of 50 ?Second Street, West Fairview, cumberland county,
Pennsylvania, for the construction of a commercial building upon land situate in
the Borough of West Fairview, Cumberland county, Pennsylvania, bound and described
as follows:
BEGINNING on the east side of Second street in said Borough of West Fairview, at
the corner of Lot No. 30 in Plan of said town; thence running eastward along
division line of said lot and lot now or late of the heirs of John Lantz,
deceased, one hundred thirty-nine (139) feet to an alley; thence southward along
said Alley twenty-nine (29) feet and one and seven-eights ( 1 7/8) inches to line
of lot now or late of Mrs. George sadler, which lot is the southern half of said
Lot No. 30 herein mentioned; thence westward by the line of the last mentioned lot
one hundred thirty-nine (139) feet to the east side of Second street twenty-nine
(29) feet and one and seven-eighths (1 7/8) inches to the point, the place of
BEGINNING. BEING the same premises set forth in Cumberland county Deed Book 116
page 794.
NOW, the 22nd day of September, 1995, at the time of and immediately before the
execution of the principal contract, and before any authority has been given by
James Wissler and Linda Wissler, his wife, to the said Taylor Home Remodeling,
Inc., also known as and doing business as Taylor Homes and Remodeling to commence
work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of
the making of. the said contract with them and the further consideration of One
Dollar, to Taylor Home Remodeling, Inc., also known as Taylor Homes' Remodeling
paid by James Wissler and Linda Wissler, his wife, it is agreed that no lien shall
be filed against the building by the contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any
of the material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials
purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said
building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.
