Bonnie Hebbe $1000.00 dollars.
The money was supposed to be paid back on Tuesday June
27th. 1995. After numerous request the money has stlll not
been paid,
Where fore plaintiff request judgement for $1000,00 dollars
plus cost and Interest,
WHEREFORE, Plalntiff request the Court to gran him a
hoaring in front of The Board Of Arbitrators.

Dear Mrs. Hebbe:
On June the 18, 1995 in my living room I (Samuel)
was asked to lend you (Bonnie) $1000.00 to pay a tine
tor Sam Burd, I (Samuel) said I didn't know if we (Samuel
& carolyn) could afford it.
On June 22, 1995 up at the American Legion I (Samuel)
was approached by Sam to come to the bar and talk to you
(Bonnie) about lending you the $1000.00 dOllars I (Samuel)
said, I have to talk to Carolyn.
On June 23, 1995 you (Bonnie) called me at my house
around 9:00 in the morning aSking me to lend you $1000.00
doll~rs till Tuesday June 27, 1995 to pay Sam Burds fine.
Which had to be paid at the District Justice office.
On Saturday morning at the American Legion in the
kitchen, I (Samuel) gave you (Bonnie) $1000.00 dallors in
cash which you (Bonnie) told me (Samuel) you would have
the $1000.00 dal10rs to me on Tuesday June 27, 1995.
.1 (Samuel) have gotten no responce of money from you
(Bonnie), since I (Samuel) loaned you (B~nnie) the $1000.00
dOlldrs.

If.! (Samuel) don't have the full amount by July 31,
1995, I will have to take legal action against you.
