in judgement rendered by the District Justice on
September 11, 1995 in the case of David G, Shipman
vs, Gene Montgomery and the Penna Insulation Co,
95-5179 Civil Term
Claim number cv 190000264-95
I , David G, Shipman wish to enter a complaint in the aforementioned case, On
September 11, 1995; In District Court 09-1-02 with Robert Manlove presiding; a
judgement of $2340,50 was entered against the Defendants. The Defendants, Mr,
Montgomery and the Penna, Insulation Company have had ample opportunity to
present (heir argument, The Defendants initially were granted a continuance on July
24,1995 for the hearing that was to be held on July 31, 1995. The hearing was
continued to September 11, at which time the Defendants did not appear. I feel the
Defendants have been able to delay the court process and the improvements on my
home too long, They have succeeded in wasting the courts time, my witnesses time,
and my time, I would kindly ask that the case be dismissed in lieu of the Defendants
manor of conduct.
