Claim against Barb Co., Owner, and all that certain tract of land
including improvements thereon, owned by it and described as
follows:

Mount Holly springs, PA 17065
Tax property Map: 23-32-2338
parcel Number: 038
for sewer, water and trash services rendered from April 1, 1994
to June 30, 1995. said services were rendered pursuant to
Borough code of Ordinances, Chapters XVIII, Part 2, XXIV, Part 2
and IX, Part 1, as amended.
Attached hereto is a statement of the kind and character of
the services so rendered and the prices charged therefor, said
statement being a true and correct copy of the Owner's
account with the Borough of Mount Holly Springs, which sum of
$13,411.08 for the above period was duly assessed against the
above owner and premises beginning April 1, 1994 and for which
sum, with interest, costs and penalties, a lien is claimed
