AND NOW, comes the Claimant, MIDDLESEX TOWNSHIP MUNICIPAL
AUTHORITY, by its Chairman, who files the following claim against
MU CHING CHU and CHIN CHUN CHUr Owners, and all that certain
tract of land situated in Middlesex Township, CUmberland County,
pennsylvaniar including improvements thereon, owned by them and
described as follows:

Page 353 in Cumberland Recorder of Deeds'
Office for legal description of premises
which is incorporated herein by reference
thereto
for water and sewer services rendered from July 28r 1994 to
August 31, 1995, in the delinquent amount of $3,264.70. Said
services were rendered pursuant to Resolution duly adopted.
Attached hereto is a statement of the kind and character of the
services so rendered and the price charged therefor and credits
(payments), said statement being a true abstract of the OWners'
account with MIDDLESEX TOWNSHIP MUNICIPAL AUTHORITY, which sum of
$3,264.70 was duly assessed against the hereinabove-named Owners
and the premises beginning on July 28, 1994, and for which sum,
with interest, penalties and costs, a lien is claimed against the
above-described premises in accordance with the Act of October
29, 1981, P.L, 319, No. 113, as amended.
