CUSTODY AGREEMENT
This agresmsnt mads this ~~30,1~ay of September, 1995, by and between
Oarwin W. Barrick, hereinafter "Father", and Jodi R. Glant, hereinafter
"Mother".
With the intent to be legally bound hereby, the parties agree as
follows:
1. The partiss shall share legal custody of Ryan W. Barrick, born

February 9, 1984, and father shall have majority physical custody of the child
subject to mother's rights of partial custody as sst forth herein.
2. Mother shall have rights of partial custody as follows:
a, On every weekend from Saturday at 6:00 p.m, until Sunday at

7:00 p.m.;
b, The parties shall split holidays at times to be agreed upon by
the parties and in accordance with their past practices;
c, At other times that the parties by mutual agreement can agree.
3. The parties shall share the transportation burden,
4. The parties agree to refrain from making any negative or disparaging
remarks regarding the other either directly to the child or in the presence of

~ 5. Mother agrees to refrain from using any alcohol or non-prescribed

controlled substances while the child is in her custody or control and further
agrees that the child be supervised at all times by either mother or a
responsible babysitter.
6. The parties agree that this agreement may be adopted as an Order of
Court.
