STIP\JLATION WAIVING LIBHS
WHEREAS, Dianne H Shuey, Robert L. McLaughlin, and Darryl M.
McLaughlin trading and doing business as MCLaughlin Painting has
entered into a contract with Bast Pensboro Area School District,
a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the
Commonwealth of PA, and for the ~torium PaiDtiDg for Project
No. SS&A 95022-2 on a site located at East Pennsboro Senior High
School, 425 Shady Lane, Enola, PA 17025.
NOW, THEREFORE, on September 29, 1995, at the time of and
immediately before the execution of the contract and before any
authority has been given by the said Bast Pennsboro Area School ,
District, owner to said MCLaughlin Painting, contractor to
commence work the said project or purchase materials for the
same, in consideration of the making of the said contract with
the said MCLaughlin Painting, contractor and for the further
consideratin of One Dollar paid to the said Bast Pennaboro Area
School District, owner by the said MCLauqhlin Painting,
contractor it is agreed that no mechanic's claims or other liens
shall be filed against the building and lor lot of ground
appurtenant thereto by the said MCLaughlin Painting, contractor,
nor any subcontractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen
or any person for any materials or labor or extra materials or
labor purchased or furnished in connection with the construction
of the said project or any part thereof, the right to file such
claims or liens being expressly waived and relinquished herewith.
