Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described according to
the Land Subdivision for warner/Hollinger prepared by Carl D, Bert,
P,L,S" dated June 18, 1992 and recorded in Plan Book 66, Page 109, as
follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a railroad spike in Heisers Lane (1'-513), at the
northwestern corner of Lot No, 7 on the above-referred-to Plan; thence
along said Lot No. 7 and passing through an iron pin set, South 25
degrees 13 minutes 30 seconds East 526,76 feet to an iron pin on line
of Lot No, 1 on the above-referred-to Plan; thence along said Lot No,
I South 64 degrees 46 minutes 30 seconds West 200,00 feet to an iron
pin; thence along lands now or formerly of Brien A, Nickel and Lori A.
Nickel, husband and wife, and passing through an iron pin set North 25
degrees 13 minutes 30 seconds West 529,40 feet to a railroad spike in
Heisers Land (1'-513); thence within said Heisers Lane North 66 degrees
00 minutes 00 seconds East 99.88 feet to a railroad spike; thence
continuing with said Heisers Lane North 65 degrees 04 minutes 00
seconds East 100,l4 feet to a railroad spike, the place of BEGINNING,
'ORING Lot No, 8 on the Land Subdivision for Warner/HOllinger and
containing 2,423 acres, exclusive of dedicated right-of-way,
OEING A PART OF THE SAME PREMISES WHICH Joyce S, Simpson, Executrix of
the Estate of Mildred A. Kell, by her Deed dated June 29, 1992 and
recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland
County in Deed Book 1', Volume 35, Page 154, granted and conveyed unto
Larry I" Warner and Kenneth S. Hollinger,
