STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS M~ 30 l/ 3>
THIS AGRBBMBHT made the l{-tti day of October, 1995, by and
between S. BRADLEY REPLOGLE, t/a REPLOGLE & SON BUILDERS, of P.
O. Box 123, Grantham, Pennsylvania, hereinafter referred to as
Contractor, AND DARRYL E. SMITH and PERIANN L. SMITH, husband and
wife, of 2719 High Street, Grantham, Pennsylvania, hereinafter
referred to as Owner, whereby the former undertook and agreed to
erect and construct a single-family residential dwelling on that
certain lot of ground situate in Upper Allen Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, being Lot No. 4 on the Subdivision Plan for
Replogle & Son dated April 3, 1995, revised May 16, 1995, as
recorded in the CUmberland County Recorder of Deeds Office in
Plan Book 70, Page 98. Being part of the same premises which
William A. Replogle and S. Bradley Replogle, Co-Partners, trading
and doing business as Replogle & Son Builders, a Pennsylvania
general partnership, by their Deed dated June 5, 1995 and
recorded in the Cumberland county Recorder of Deeds Office in
Deed Book 123, Page 307, granted and conveyed unto S. Bradley
Replogle. Also being the same premises which S. Bradley
Replogle, joined by his wife, Brenda L. Replogle, by Deed dated
October 4, 1995 and about to be recorded herewith, granted and
conveyed unto Darryl E. Smith and periann L. smith, husband and
wife.
