J am sure I would foel the Aame way if I had experienced
this t.ype t.rouh! e wllh n vehicle, lIowever, he fnUed to
produce sufficient evidence to substantiete the repairs
dnlmed, ^lso in crOSA exam1.rhltlon he admitted that he had
a 1 ready been reimlmrned fat' some of the repairs he had listed
in the compla Int. My judqment is rendered by a preponderence,
(\lelght), of the evidence and the plnint1ff falled to prove
by the prepnnderence of the evidence that he actually incurred
these repillrs, and that the defendant, Ed Bidelspach is
responsible for I:he repnirs nnd nut the warranty compllny.
