WIT~SS, our handS and seals the day and year aforeS: coNTWOR: Bm RUSSO EXhibit "A" ALL THAT CERTAIN tract or parcel of land being situate in Township of Hampden, County of Cumberland, and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as follows, to wit: BEGINNING at a concrete monument on the eastern lands of Signal Hill Subdivision Phase I, said point also being the southwestern corner of Lot No. 31; thence along the southern line of said lot, North 52 degrees 50 minutes 04 seconds East, a distance of 202.00 feet to a point, said point being on the western right-of-way of Signal Hill Drive, a 50 foot wide street; thence along a curve to the left having a radius of 175.00 feet and an arc length of 3.79 feet, said arc being subtended by a chord of South 87 degrees 47 minutes 12 seconds East, a distance of 3.79 feet to a concrete monument; thence along a curve to the left having a radius of 175.00 feet and an arc length of 107.11 feet, said arc being subtended by a chord of South 55 degrees 56 minutes 32 seconds East, a distance of 105.45 feet to a point; thence along a curve to the left having a radius of 175.00 feet and an arc length of 23.22 feet, said arc being subtended by a chord of South 77 degrees 16 minutes 43 seconds East, a distance of 23.21 feet to a concrete monument, said monument being on the northwestern corner of Lot No. 33 of Phase III; thence along the western line of said lot, South 33 degrees 33 minutes 17 seconds West, a distance of 222.17 feet to a concrete monument, said monument being on the northern lands of Signal Hill Subdivision Phase III; thence along the eastern line of Signal Hill Subdivision Phase I and Phase III, North 49 degrees 07 minutes 03 seconds West, a distance of 199.05 feet to a concrete monument, the place of BEGINNING.
