STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
THIS AGRllMlNTmade this 6TH day of OCTOBER, 1995, by and between
FEUCHTENBERGER CONSTRUCTION, hereinafter called the Contractor,
AND WILLIAM LEE FEUCHTENBERGER and CARLA ADELE FEUCHTENBERGER,
hereinafter called the Owner;

The Contractor by instrument dated ~~3\9~ entered into an
Agreement with the Owner for the erection and Construction of a
single family dwelling, situated on LOT 1B BEETEM HOLLOW ROAD,
PENN TOWNSHIP, CUMBERLAND COUNTY, PA. (SEE ATTACHED EXHIBIT "A")
AIlD WHIRI1S,the Contractor has covenanted and agreed therein
to enter into an additional agreement with the Owner stipulating
that no lien or liens of any kind shall be filed against the above
building or the appurtenances thereto.
1I0W, THII AGRIEMINT WITIIIIIITH, that the contractor, for and
in consideration of the awarding to him of the said contract as
for the sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) to him in hand paid by the Owner,
the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, promises and agrees
that no Mechanic'S lien or liens shall be filed against the
aforesaid building or the appurtenances thereto by any
subcontractors, materialmen, mechanics, laborers, or anyone for
materials furnished, work done or services rendered of any kind
whatsoever, for or about, or on account of the aforesaid building
or on the credit thereof.

ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land situate in Penn Township, cumberland
county, being Lot #l-B of a Preliminary/Final 2 - Lot Subdivision
for Edwin J. Feuohtellberger, prepared by Walter N. Heine,
Associates, Inc., Engineer consultants, dated March 1, 1994 and
recorded in cumberland county Plan Book 69, Page 127, more fully
described as followSI
BEGINNING at an iron pin set on Beetem Hollow Road (erroneously
set forth in prior deed as Beetem sawmill Road) (T-350); thenoe
along lands now or formerly of Lois J. swanger, north 32 degrees
35 minutes 23 seconds east, 107.77 feet to a point; thence along
the dividing line between Lots i-A and l-B of the aforesaid
subdivision plan, north S5 degrees 38 minutes 30 seconds east,
44S.73 feet to a point at lands now or formerly of Paul E. Okum;
thence along the aforesaid lands of Okum, south 13 degrees 46
minutes 22 seconds wsst, 281.40 feet to a point; thence along
land. now or formerly of Harry D. Shank, Sr., north 80 degress 55
minutes 24 seconds west, 405.64 feet to a point along Beetem
Hollow Road (T-350); thence along Beetem Hollow Road, north 24
degrees 11 minutes 51 seconds west, 92.54 feet to an iron pin set
on Beetem Hollow Road (T-350), the Place of BEGINNING.
BEING THE SAME PREMISES which Edwin Jay Feuchtenberger and Charlene
Linette Feuchtenberger, husband and wife, by deed date July 11,
1995 and recorded August 16, 1995 in the Recorder of Deeds Office
in and for cumberland county, PA in Deed Book 126, Page S41, granted
and conveyed unto, William Lee Feuchtenberger and Carla Adele
Feuchtenberger, husband and wife, their heirs and assigns.
