(SEE ATTACHED EXHIBIT "A") AIlD WHIRI1S,the Contractor has covenanted and agreed therein to enter into an additional agreement with the Owner stipulating that no lien or liens of any kind shall be filed against the above building or the appurtenances thereto. 1I0W, THII AGRIEMINT WITIIIIIITH, that the contractor, for and in consideration of the awarding to him of the said contract as for the sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) to him in hand paid by the Owner, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, promises and agrees that no Mechanic'S lien or liens shall be filed against the aforesaid building or the appurtenances thereto by any subcontractors, materialmen, mechanics, laborers, or anyone for materials furnished, work done or services rendered of any kind whatsoever, for or about, or on account of the aforesaid building or on the credit thereof.
