Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Eastern right of way of Signal Hill Drivel
said point also being the Northwest corner of Lot No. 71 thence along a
curve to the right having a radius of 515.00 feet and an arc length of.
187.78 feet to a point, said point also being the Southwest corner of Lot
No. 91 thence along the Southern line of Lot No. 9 South 62 degrees 09
minutes 40 seconds East a distance of 165.22 feet to a point, said point
being the Southeast corner of Lot No. 91 thence along phase 2 South 10
degrees 53 minutes 19 seconds East a distance of 131.00 feet to a point,
said point being the Northeast corner of Lot No. 71 thence along the
Northern line of Lot No. 7 North 83 degrees 02 minutes 49 seconds West a
distance of 228.34 feet to a point on the Eastern right of way of Signal
Hill Drive, the Place of BEGINNING.
