plaintiff, The Hertz corporation, by and through undersigned
counsel, file. the following complaint in civil Action again.t
the Defendant, Donald R. Young, a. grounds therefore state. a.
follow. 1
1. Plaintiff is a corporation organized and exi.ting under
the law. of the united State. of America with it. principal place
of business at P.O. Box 72l, Park Ridge, New Jer.ey, 07656.
2. Defendant is a citizen of the commonwealth of
Pennsylvania, residing at 825 Clubhouee Drive, Mechanic.burg,
penn.ylvania, l7055.
3. On or about September 3, 1993, the partie. entered into
a rental agreement, Whereby, Defendant rented from Plaintiff an
automobile agreeing to pay for any damage Bu.tained to .aid
vehicle.
4. Said agreement and supporting documentation and attached
hereto as Exhibit 1, It ~
5. In breach of the subject agreement, Defendant returned

One Thou.and Eight Hundred sixty-FoUr Dollan Fifty-Six Cent
($1,864.56). AdditionallY, plaintiff eu.tained damage. for 10..
of u.e/tow in the amount of seventy-Three Dollar. Eighty-Eight
Cent ($73.88) for a total of one Thou.and Nine Hundred Thirty-
Eight Dollars Forty-Four Cent ($1,938.44).
6. De.pite demand therefore, Defendant hae failed and/or
refu.ed to pay to plaintiff the sum of One Thou.and Nine Hundred
Thirty-Eight Dollar. Forty Four Cent ($1,93S.44).
