is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with Haub~rt Homes, Inc.

for the erection of a story building upon a lot of land situate
in the Township of Lower Allen, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania being known as Lot //80,
The Heights of Beacon Hill, 9 Vineyard Haven, New Cumberland, PA 17070 as per attached
legal description.

ALL THAT CERTAIN piece or parcel of land situated in Lower Allen Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a point, located on the northern right-of-way line of Vineyard
Haven at twenty-five feet (25') from the centerline of the same, being the
southwestern corner of Lot No. 81.
THENCE along said right-of-way, along a curve to the left having a/'adius of three
hundred fn%y and zero hundredths feet, an arc length of fLecy-nine and seven
hundredths feet, following a chord bearhug of North sixty-one degrees thirty-five
minutes forty seconds West, a distance of fifty-nine and zero hundredths feet
(R=350.00', A=59.07', N 61° 35' 4 ....
of Lot No. 79. 0 W - 59.00 ) to a point at the southwestern corner
THENCE leaving said right-of-way and along the property line of Lot No. 79, North
twenty-three degrees thirty-four minutes fourteen seconds East, a distance of ninety~
six and thirty-five hundredths feet (N 23 ° 34' 14" E - 96.35') to a point on the
northern edge of a twenty feet (20') wide stormwater easement, being at the common
corner of Lot Nos. 79, 90 and 91.
THENCE along said easement and the property line of Lot No. 90, South sb/ty
degrees one minute fifty-two seconds East, a distance Of seventy-five and ten
hundredths feet (S 60° 01' 52" E - 75.10') to a point at the common corner of Lot
Nos. 81, 89 and 90. '
THENCE crossing said easement and along the property line of Lot No. 81, South
thirty-three degrees fourteen minutes twenty-six seconds West, a distance of ninety-
four and twenty-nine hundredths feet (S 33 ° 14' 26" W - 94.29') to a point on the
northern right-of-way line of Vineyard Haven, the point and place of BEGINNING.
CONTAINING 6,317.69 square feet or 0.145 acres.

Hill, Phase II, prepared by Melham Associates, P.C., dated June 29, 2001, last revised
September 10, 2001, and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania in Plan Book 84, Page 38; also being known as
Unit No. 80 as shown on the Declaration Plat recorded in Right-of-Way Plan Book 12,
Page 130.
UNDER AND SUBJECT to a Declaration of Planned Community dated and
recorded May 24, 2001 in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania in Miscellaneous Book 675, Page 1092.
