The Perry county Sheriff or his designee shall be present at the marital residence to allow Defendant to remove his clothing and personal items, if requested by Defendant. The date, time and conditions for the Sheriff's presence shall be set by the Sheriff. THIS ORDER shall remain in full force and effect for a period of one year to date from this date and a certified copy of same shall be provided to the appropriate law enforcement agency.
