legitimate purposes concerning the parties' minor child, by

Defendant is excluded from Plaintiff's place of employment,
Rite Aid Dist., Shiremanstown, PA, as well as any future place of
employment of Plaintiff.
Defendant shall not harass members of plaintiff's family.
Defendant is prohibited from stalking Plaintiff as that term
is defined by the Crimes Code, 18 Pa. C.S.A. ~2709.
Plaintiff is awarded temporary primary physical and legal
custody of the parties' minor child: Angel L. Peugh. Defendant
shall have the right to have supervised vists of the child to be

Defendant shall not consume alcoholic beverages for a reasonable
time before and during said periods of partial custody.
The Perry county Sheriff or his designee shall be present at
the marital residence to allow Defendant to remove his clothing and
personal items, if requested by Defendant. The date, time and
conditions for the Sheriff's presence shall be set by the Sheriff.
THIS ORDER shall remain in full force and effect for a period
of one year to date from this date and a certified copy of same
shall be provided to the appropriate law enforcement agency.
