come forward for hearing and the Defendant not being present but
having been served, the Court finds that it has jurisdiction and
that Plaintiff has been abused within the meaning of the Protection
From Abuse Act, and enters the following Protection Order: ",

Box 103-A Perry Manor, Newport, Perry County, Pennsylvania, and any
residence which Plaintiff may occupy while this Order remains in

Defendant is excluded from Plaintiff's place of ~chooling,
Computer Learning Network, 1110 Fernwood Ave., Camp Hill, pa., as
well as any future place of employment of plaintiff.
Defendant shall not harass members of Plaintiff's family.
Defendant is prohibited from stalking Plaintiff as that term
is defined by the Crimes Code, 18 Pa. C.S.A. 12709.
THIS ORDER shall remain in full force and effect for a period
of one year to date from this date and a certified copy of same
shall be provided to the appropriate law enforcement agency.
