District Justice which is attached hereto, enter judgment in
favor of Dickinson College, Plaintiff, and against Abraham L.
Samuels, Defendant, in the total sum of $4,548.83, which consists
of $4,460.83 as principal and $88.00 as costs, plus interest
thereon from August 28, 1995 as provided by law,
plaintiff hereby certifies that the last known address of
