The Petition of Jennifer Christopher, by her attorneys, the Family Law Clinic, respectfully represents that on February 27,2002, an Order of Court was entered for custody of Nlkolas J. Zulli, born September 23,1993. A true and COITCCt copy of the Order Is attached as "Exhibit A." 2. Under the existing Order, Donald N. Zulli (Father) has primary physical custody of the child and Jennifer Christopher (Mother) has partial physical custody. The parties share legal custody ofthe child. 3. This Order should be modified because: a. Father voluntarily relinquished primary physical custody of the child in August 2004 to Mother. Mother has maintained primary physical custody of the child during the school year, and the parties have been alternating weeks of custody during the school summer vacation months. b. Father cannot provide a stable, consistent living situation for the child. He alternates between living with his parents and his girlfriend and does not have a home of his own, c. Father has not pruvlded financially for the child since August 2004 and Is unable to do 50 because he Is cUlTCntly paying child support for two other children. d. Mother has been Ihe child's primary carelaker since August 2004. '. . .
