6. Mary Moyer has been requested to pay her monthly rent due
and owing, but has refused to do so.
7. Mary Moyer upon her departure from the rented premises
removed a stove, thereby causing Plaintiff to purchase a
replacement stove for $318. See Exhibit "A".
~R1, JOHN H. RUPPERT respectfully request that a
jUdgment be entered against MARY MOYER in the principal amount
of $2,868 together with court costs and interest from a date
of jUdgment.

Defendant did not enter into an Agreement to pay rent to Plaintiff.
