tract of land including improvements thereon, owned by them and described as

For sewer services rendered from 07/01/01 to 07/31/02.5aid services were rendered
pursuant to ordinance. Al"tached hereto is a statement of the kind and character of the
services so rendered and the price charged therefor, said statement being a true copy of
the owner's account with Hampden Township which sum of $305.31 was duly assessed
against the hereinabove-named owner and the premises on 07/01/01 and for which sum, with
interest, penalties and costs, a lien is claimed against the above-described premises in
accordance with the Act of May 16, 19;>3, P.L ;>07 (53 P.5.5action 7101, et seq.), as
amended and supplemented, and the Act of May ;>, 1945, P.L. 38;> (53 P.5. 5action 301,
et seq), os amended and supplemented.
