Pennsylvania, bounded and described in accordance with Final Subdivision Plan of Kings Gap
Estates recorded on April 10, 1992 in the hereinafter named Recorder's Office h Plan Book 64,
Page 481 etc., as follows:
BEGiNNING at a point on the western line of 60 feet wide Chelsea Lane at the dividing
line between Lots Nos. 15 and 16; thence along said western line of 60 feet wide Chelsea Lane,
South 08 degrees 36 minutes 27 seconds East a distance of 191.73 feet to a point at the dividing
line between Lots Nos. 16'and 17; thence along said dividing line betweefi said 'Lots Nos. 16 and
17, South 74 degrees 50 minutes 45 seconds West, a distance of 347.26 feet to a point in line of
land now or formerly of Charles D. Smith; thence along line of said land now or formerly of
Charles D. Smith, North 08 degrees 36 minutes 27 seconds West, a distance of 210.07 feet to a
concrete monument at the dividing line between said Lots Nos. 15 and 16; thence along said
dividing line between said Lots Nos. 15 and 16, North 77 degrees 51 minutes 26 seconds East a
distance of 345.66 feet to a point on the western line of 60 feet wide Chelsea Lane at the Place of
BEGINNING.
THE ABOVE described Lot of land is all of Lot No. 16 as shown on said Final Subdivision
Plan of Kings Gap Estates recorded as aforesaid, and contains an area of 69,300 square feet, or
