entered Into a contract with CIIESTEIl W. CASSELL, III to provide materials and
perform labor necessary for construction of a Sh1!lle-family detllched dwc1l1n!l, with
appurtenant gradin!l, walks, landscaph1!l und pavin!l upon a lot of ground located
at Lot 29 Cobblestone Drive, Cobblestone Estates, Carlisle, SOUlh Middleton
Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17013.
NOW, THliRliH)llIi, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between the
said parties, as pUrl of the said contract and for the consideration therein set forth,
thai neither the undersigned contractor, any subcontractor or material provider, nor
any other person furnishing labor or materiuls to the said contractor under this
contract, shall file a lien, commonly called a mechanics' lien, for work done or
materials furnished to the said building or any part thereof.
This stipulation is made and intended to be filed with the county
prothonotary in accordunce with requirements of Section 1402 of the Mechanics
Lien Law of 1963 of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in such case provided.
