NEILL, Defendant COURT ORDER AND NOW, this ~ day of December, 1995, upon consideration of the attached custol1y-Conciliation Report, it is ordered and directed as followst 1. The Father, Paul A. Rheaume, and the Mother, Marilyn S. Neill, shall enjoy shared legal custody of Jeremy A. Rheaume, born June 29, 1989. 2. The Mother shall enjoy primary physical custody of the minor child. 3. The Father shall enjoy liberal periods of temporary physical custody of the minor child to include the followingt A. Every other weekend from Saturday at noon until TUBsday morning when the Father shall take the child to school. B. During the week when Mother is working and unavailable to care for the child, Father may provide daycare for the child until approximately 5t30 P.M. when the Mother shall pick the child up so that ths Father may go to work. C. At such other times as agreed upon by the parties. 4. The parties shall share legal holidays, Additionally, the parties shall insure that the Father will have physical custody of the child on Father's Day anu the Mother will have physical custody of the child on Mother's Day, 5. Each party shall be afforded a period of one or two weeks during the summer months for extended vacation with the child upon tIle party giving the other parent reasonable notice of not less than thirty days. 6.
