A. ABUSE
I. The plaintiff. Lisa D. Christianson. is an adult individual residing Lt 501 South 32nd
Street, Camp Hill. Cumberland County. Pennsylvania 170 II,
2, The defendant, Harry A. Christianson (SSN: Unknown)(OOB: 1/22/63). is an adult
individual residi"ll at 838 Enord Road, Camp Hill. Cumberland County, I'ennsylvania 17011.
3, The defendant is the husband of thc plaintiff. and the father of the parties' daughter,
Drillani M, Christianson
4, Since approximately November. 1996. the defendant has placed the plaintiff in
reasonable fear ofimmincnt serious bodily injury, and has knowingly engaged in a coursc of conduct or
repeatedly commilled acts toward the plaintil1: under circumstances which have placed the plaintil1' in
reasonable fear of bodily injury, This has included. but is not limited to. the following specific instances
ofabusc:
a) On or about December 30. 1996. Ihe defcndanlthrealened thc plaintil1' saying.
"The end Is coming and you IlCllcr hope that I don't tlnd you with anybody:' causing
hcr to fear lor her salclY,
b) On or about l>cccmber 26, 1996, the defendant told the plaintin: "If I was
going to hurt you, I could do II anywhere." The plalntin'ICarcd for her safety.
c) On or about l>cccmber 20. 19%, the defendant approached the plaintln: stood
close to her face. yelled at her, and threatened that he could throw the glass he was
holding in his hand in her face The defendant walked out of the plaintin's residence.
but asked her to let him back in a few minutes later When the plaintiff refused to let
the defendant back inlo her home. he threatened to break her window. The defendant

d) Since November 27. 1996. when the plaintiffs I'rotcction Order expired, the
defendant has become aggressive and has threatened the plaintitf exacerbating her fear
because in the past he had abused her in ways including punching her In the face,
threatening her in ways including brandishing a butcher knife, and threatening to klll her
on serveral occasions
