CORNMAN, : IN THE COURT OF COMMON PLEAS OF Plaintiff I CUMBERLAND COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA I vs. I 95 - CIVIL TERM I VIOLET L. CORNMAN, I COMPLAINT IN DIVORCE Defendant : COMPLAINT The plaintiff by his attorney, MURREL R. WALTERS, III, ESQUIRE, brings this action in divorce for a Decree of Divorce from the bonds of matrimony and respectfully represents I 1. The plaintiff is RICHARD E. CORNMAN, an adult individual who currently resides at 129 East Portland street, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, penneylvania since 1989. 2. The defendant is VIOLET L. CORNMAN, an adult individual who currently resides at 19 Palmer Drive, Camp Hill, Cumberland county, Pennsylvania. 3. Plaintiff has been a both bona fide resident of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for at least six (6) months immediately previous to the filing of this Complaint. 4. The plaintiff and defendant were married on April 22, 1989 in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. 5. There has been a prior action for divorce which was filed by the defendant in this action on october 23, 1989 and indexed at No. 3723 civil 1989 in the cumberland County Court of Common Pleas. That action was purged by court order prior to the filing of this complaint. 6. plaintiff has been advised of the availability of marriage oounseling and that he may have the ri9ht to request the court to require the parties to participate in such counseling. Being so advised, plaintiff does not request that the court require the parties to participate in couneeling prior to a Divorce Decree being handed down by the court. COUNT I - SECTION 3301(41 7. Paragraphs 1 through 6 are incorporated herein as if set forth at length. 8. The marriage of the parties is irretrievebly broken. 9. The plaintiff and defendant separated on or about october 23, 1989 and have not lived together eince. WHEREFORE, plaintiff respectfully requests the court to enter a decree of divorce pursuant to section 3301 (d) of the Divorce Code. COUNT II - EQUITABLI DISTRIBUTION 10. Paragraphs 1 through 9 are incorporated herein as if set forth at length. 11. Plaintiff and defendant have legally and beneficially acquirsd property during their marriage from April 22, 1989. 12. The marriage of plaintiff and defendant is irretrievably broken and ninety (90) days have elapsed from the date of filing of the Complaint. 3. I consent to the entry of a final decree of divorce. 4. I understand that if a claim for alimony, alimony pendente lite, marital property or counsel fees or expenses has not been filed with the court before the entry of a final decree in divorce, the right to claim any of them will be lost. 5. I have been advised of the availability of marriage oounseling and I understand that I may request that the court require that my spouse and I participate in counseling. 6. I understand that the court maintains a counselors at its Domestic RelaLions Office, available to me upon request. 7.
