Knaub, husband and wife, dated April 30, 1963 and recorded in cumberland county Deed Book "N", Volume 20, Page 330. This deed specifically includes a recital which subjects the premises to restrictions that are set forth in cumberland county Miscellaneous Book 150, page 596. A copy of that deed is attached hereto, incorporated herein by reference and marked Plaintiffs' Exhibit "C". 6. The deed of Defendant specifically includes a recital which subjects her premises to restrictions that are set forth in Cumberland county Miscellaneous Book 150, page 596. A copy of these restrictions is attached hereto, incorporated herein by reference and marked Plaintiffs' Exhibit "0". 7. The restrictions specifically limit the height of any fences erected on either lot as follows: "no fence or wall higher than three and one-half (3~) feet shall be erected, placed or altered on any lot." 8. The real property of Plaintiffs and the real property of Defendant share a boundary line of approximately 85 feet in length. This boundary line is the rear of the Plaintiffs' property. 9.
