The NOTE which has been filed as a judgment (the "Note") held by
Fulton Bank, (hereinafter we, us or ours) on your property located
at 1604 Pine Road, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, IS IN SERIOUS DEFAULT
because vou have not made oavment in full consistinq of Drincioal
in the amount of S3, 532,94 due Mav 1. 1986: with interest from
March 2, 1990 UD to and includinq Auqust 1. 1995 in the Sl'~
51,870,40: totallinq $5.403,34. Late charges have also accrued to
this date in the amount of S365,00. In addition, the Bank has
incurred eXDenses in the sum of $142.20, olus leqal fees in the sum
of S171.50, in the collection of vour account.. The total amount
now required to cure this default, or, in other words, to get
caught up with your payments, as of the date of this letter,
therefore, is $6.082.04.
You maY cure this default within THIRTY (30) DAYS. of the date of
this letter, bv Davinq to us the above amount of $6.082.04.
interest will continue to accrue at the oer diem rate of $1.06,
Dlus a late charqe of S5.00 if no Dart of the Davment is made bv
Auqust 16, 1995. Such payment must be made either by cash,
cashier's check, certified check or money order, and made at the
Loan Review Department at Fulton Bank, 29 East King Street,
Lancaster, Pennsylynia.

attorney's fees will be added to whatever you owe us, which may

We may also sue you personally for the unpaid principal balance and
all other sums due under the note. Such suit against you
oersonallv may also result in your judgment being foreclosed and
your property being sold at Sheriff's sale if you do not cure the

If we start the lawsuit to foreclose your judgment, or if we sue
you personally for the unpaid balance and all other sums due under
the judgment which may also result in foreclosure and sale of your
property, you have the right to assert in either of those lawsuits
the nonexistence of a default of any other defense you may have to
acceleration and foreclosure.
If you have not cured the default within the thirty day period and
foreclosure proceedings have begun, vou still have the riaht to
cure the default and orevent the sale at anv time uo to one hour
before the Sheriff's foreclosure sale. You may do so bv oavina the
total amount of the unoaid monthly oavments olus any late or other
charqes then due. as well as the reasonable attorneY's fees and
