acknowledge that I have received a true and correct copy of the Custody Complaint
filed by my parents, Clinton and Mary Richwine, regarding my child, Kyle A, Richwine,
date of birth, October 23, 1988, and that I have receivcd a true and correct copy of the
Court's Order dated November 13, 1995, I further agree as follows:
1. I am in agreement with the entry of a Court Ordcr, providJng that Clinton
and Mary Richwinc have primary physical and legal custody of my child, Kyle A,
Richwine. I am further in agreement that the Order stipulate periods during which
I would hove the ability to exercise 0 partial custody with my child or that the child's
mother would hove such ability, and it would be ut time agreed upon between myself
and Clinton and Mary Richwine or between Kathy Jo Corl and Clinton and Mwoy
