PLAINTIFF'S MOTION FOR SANCTIONS
NOW COMES the Plaintifff Fleetpro Inc., by its attorneys,
Smigel, Anderson , Sacks and make. the following Motion for
Sanctions I
1. This is an action for the collection of a debt.
2. Plaintiff obtained a judgment against Defendant in the
amount of $15f990.29 on October 24, 1995, and a Praecipe for a Writ
of Execution was issued the same day,
3. A Sheriff's Sale was scheduled for January 29f 1996.
4. Prior to the sale, Property Claims were filed by Harry L.
Grossman, President of the defendant corporationf and Power
Leasingf Inc'f a related corporation owned by Harry L. Grosssan.
5, On April 8, 1996, Plaintiff noticed the deposition of
Harry L. Grossman to be held on April 11, 1996. Said Notice was
sent to Mr. Grossman by certified mail.
6. Mr. Grossman was contacted by Plaintiff's counsel's
office by phone prior to the schedUled depositionf and Mr. GrOS8man
advised that he had not received notice and would not attend the
deposition.
