Bxhibit A does not determine ownership of the LP Gas tank. The
Defendant avers the Plaintiff is using the courts to steal the
Defendant's property.
5. Plaintiff has made several requests to remove Plaintiff's
property trom the Defendant's real estate and has failed to
accomplish that chore. Many 100 pound and 100 gallon LP Gas tanks
are still located on the Defendant's real estate. There is also
a 500 gallon LP Gas tank the Defendant avers that is Lhe
Plaintiff's which the Plaintiff will not remove.
6. Title 231 Rule 3170 does not permit the Plaintiff to
enter any property to remove any court ordered possession. That
is to be accomplished by a writ of possession and that is to be
enacted by the Sheriff of said county.

replevin Is entered In favor of plaintiff, Little's Gas Service, Inc., against defendant, L.
Edward Moyer, II, pursuant to Pennsylvania Rule of Civil Procedure 1085(b), as
follows:
(1) Plaintiff may recover possession of an aboveground 500 gallon propane
tank with pump and meter now In possession of defendant at 111 Iron Sheet Roof
Road, Mt. Holly Springs, Cumberland County.
(2) The propane tank which Is In violation of the regulations of the Department
of Labor and Industry, together with the pump and meter, are of nominal value.
(3) There are no special damages.
