PETITION FOR DISTRIBUTION OF SALE PROCEEDS
1. Petitioner is the Cumberland County Tax Claim Bureau (hereinafter called
"Bureau") created under the provisions of the Real Estate Tax Sale Law of the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Act 542 of July 7, 1947, P.L. 1368, as amended
72 P.S. § 5860.101 et sic.
2. On September 28, 1995 the Bureau held an Upset Tax Sale and successfully sold
a parcel of real estate owned by William L. Harbold, located on 1059 E York Road,
Monroe Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, known as Land approx 28
acres, in Deed Book 249, Page 1286.
3. At said Upset Tax Sale, the property of William L. Harbold, known as parcel
number 22-12-0350-044 was sold for $15,498.32, a price in excess of the minimum
bid acceptable to the Bureau, to Donald E. Diehl, 322 S. Hanover Street, Carlisle,
Pennsylvania who paid said purchase price to the Bureau at time of sale.

4. Currently there are no outstanding delinquent real estate taxes, interest and costs
on said property due to the Tax Claim Bureau. Distribution of the 1995 and prior
year taxes was made December 1, 1995. A tax lien certificate is attached hereto
as Exhibit "A".
5. As outlined on the Lien Search attached as Exhibit "B", there are no other liens
recorded for the owner, William L. Harbold, at the time of sale.
6. As outlined on the Schedule of Distribution attached as Exhibit "C", all real estate
taxes, transfer taxes, and recording fees were paid in 1995 and 1996.
7. Distribution of sale proceeds by the Bureau is controlled by 72 P.S. §586O.2O5(d)
according to the following priority:
(1) First, to the Commonwealth, by payment to the State Treasurer through the
Department of Revenue, for satisfaction of tax liens of the Commonwealth
only if the total amount of such liens or such portion thereof have been included
in the purchase price and paid by the purchaser or the property is sold at judicial
sale pursuant to this act.
(2) Second, to the respective taxing districts in proportion to the taxes due
them.
(3) Third, to taxing districts or municipal authorities for satisfaction of
municipal claims.
(4) Fourth, to mortgagees and other lien holders, in order of their priority,
for satisfaction of mortgages and liens as they may appear of record,
whether or not discharged by sale.
(5) Fifth, to the owner of the property.
8. Petitioner proposes that the $15,000.00 of net proceeds of this Upset Sale; after
transfer tax and recording fees included in the sale price, be distributed as follows:
a) $ 3,545.43 to the Cumberland County Tax Claim Bureau.
b) $ 193.20 to Mary A. Murray, tax collector.
c) $ 11,261.37 to William L. Harbold, owner at time of sale.

9. Section 205(e) of the Real Estate Tax Sale Law (72 P.S. §5860.101 et. seq.)
provides as follows:
Prior to the actual distribution required by subsection (d), the bureau shall
petition the court of common pleas for a confirmation of distribution. The
petition shall set forth a proposed schedule of distribution for each
account and shall request the court to issue a rule to show cause on each
distributee why the court should not confirm the distribution as proposed.
The rule to show cause and a copy of the petition shall be served by first
class mail upon each distributee and upon the purchaser, with proof of mailing
to the last residence or place of business of the distributee known to the
bureau and to the purchaser at the address given to the bureau. If the
rule to show cause is not returned by any distributee or purchaser on or
before the time set for its return, the court shall forthwith confirm the
distribution absolutely. If any distributee or purchaser makes a return
of the rule within the time set by the court, the court shall forthwith hear
any objections and exceptions to the proposed distribution and thereafter
adjust the schedule of distribution as it deems just and equitable according
to law and confirm the distribution absolutely as adjusted. An absolute
confirmation of distribution by the court shall be final and nonappealable
with respect to all distributees listed in the petition.
10. Your petitioner respectfully requests that the Rule be Returnable on or after
July 15, 2007 in order to allow service thereof.
11. Your Petitioner has made efforts to locate William L. Harbold as described in the
Tax Claim Bureau Address Verification attached hereto as Exhibit "D", but was
unable to locate William L. Harbold. Therefore, your Petitioner requests that
the Courts Rule to Show Cause be served upon William L. Harbold by publication
of the advertisement hereto as Exhibit "E" once in the Cumberland Law Journal
and once in The Patriot News, at least fifteen days prior to the rule returnable
date, pursuant to PA R.C.P.430. If not claimed, within three (3) years, the
distribution due William L. Harbold will be forfeited to the taxing authorities,
( 72 P.S. §5860.205(f) ).

PETITION FOR DISTRIBUTION OF SALE PROCEEDS
1. Petitioner is the Cumberland County Tax Claim Bureau (hereinafter called
"Bureau") created under the provisions of the Real Estate Tax Sale Law of the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Act 542 of July 7, 1947, P.L. 1368, as amended
72 P.S. § 5860.101 et sic.
2. On September 28, 1995 the Bureau held an Upset Tax Sale and successfully sold
a parcel of real estate owned by W. Lee Siemon, located on Pine Grove Road &
State Road, Dickinson Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, known as Lot
B in Plan Book 74, Page 54.
3. At said Upset Tax Sale, the property of W. Lee Siemon, known as parcel number
08-39-2216-005 was sold for $920.88, a price in excess of the minimum bid
acceptable to the Bureau, to William Edward Lowe, 4500-1 Rocky Spring Road,
Chambersburg, Pennsylvania who paid said purchase price to the Bureau at time
of sale.

4. Currently there are no outstanding delinquent real estate taxes, interest and costs
on said property due to the Tax Claim Bureau. Distribution of the 1995 and prior
year taxes was made December 1, 1995. A tax lien certificate is attached hereto
as Exhibit "A".
5. As outlined on the Lien Search attached as Exhibit "B", there are no other liens
recorded for the owner, W. Lee Siemon, Jr., at the time of sale.
6. As outlined on the Schedule of Distribution attached as Exhibit "C", all real estate
taxes, transfer taxes, and recording fees were paid in 1995 and 1996.
7. Distribution of sale proceeds by the Bureau is controlled by 72 P.S. §5860.205(d)
according to the following priority:
(1) First, to the Commonwealth, by payment to the State Treasurer through the
Department of Revenue, for satisfaction of tax liens of the Commonwealth
only if the total amount of such liens or such portion thereof have been included
in the purchase price and paid by the purchaser or the property is sold at judicial
sale pursuant to this act.
(2) Second, to the respective taxing districts in proportion to the taxes due
them.
(3) Third, to taxing districts or municipal authorities for satisfaction of
municipal claims.
(4) Fourth, to mortgagees and other lien holders, in order of their priority,
for satisfaction of mortgages and liens as they may appear of record,
whether or not discharged by sale.
(5) Fifth, to the owner of the property.
8. Petitioner proposes that the $850.00 of net proceeds of this Upset Sale; after
transfer tax and recording fees included in the sale price, be distributed as follows:
a) $354.63 to the Cumberland County Tax Claim Bureau.
b) $ 15.72 to Carolyn McQuillen, tax collector
c) $479.65 to W. Lee Siemon, owner at time of sale. If not claimed, within
three (3) years, the distribution due W. Lee Siemon will be forfeited to
the taxing authorities, (72 P.S. §5860.205(f) ).

9. Section 205(e) of the Real Estate Tax Sale Law (72 P.S. §5860.101 et. seq.)
provides as follows:
Prior to the actual distribution required by subsection (d), the bureau shall
petition the court of common pleas for a confirmation of distribution. The
petition shall set forth a proposed schedule of distribution for each
account and shall request the court to issue a rule to show cause on each
distributee why the court should not confirm the distribution as proposed.
The rule to show cause and a copy of the petition shall be served by first
class mail upon each distributee and upon the purchaser, with proof of mailing
to the last residence or place of business of the distributee known to the
bureau and to the purchaser at the address given to the bureau. If the
rule to show cause is not returned by any distributee or purchaser on or
before the time set for its return, the court shall forthwith confirm the
distribution absolutely. If any distributee or purchaser makes a return
of the rule within the time set by the court, the court shall forthwith hear
any objections and exceptions to the proposed distribution and thereafter
adjust the schedule of distribution as it deems just and equitable according
to law and confirm the distribution absolutely as adjusted. An absolute
confirmation of distribution by the court shall be final and nonappealable
with respect to all distributees listed in the petition.
10. Your petitioner respectfully requests that the Rule be Returnable on or after
Jufy 15, 2007 in order to allow service thereof.
11. Your Petitioner further requests that a copy of the Court's Rule to Show
Cause also be served upon the following by United States first class mail by
the Tax Claim Bureau:

PETITION FOR DISTRIBUTION OF SALE PROCEEDS
1. Petitioner is the Cumberland County Tax Claim Bureau (hereinafter called
"Bureau") created under the provisions of the Real Estate Tax Sale Law of the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Act 542 of July 7, 1947, P.L. 1368, as amended
72 P.S. § 5860.101 et sic.
2. On September 28, 1995 the Bureau held an Upset Tax Sale and successfully sold
a parcel of real estate owned by Marlene L. Weigle, located on Beechcliff Drive,
Silver Spring Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, known as Lot 2-B in
Plan Book 45, Page 36.
3. At said Upset Tax Sale, the property of Marlene L. Weigle, known as parcel
number 38-06-0013-060F was sold for $2,227.06, a price in excess of the minimum
bid acceptable to the Bureau, to David L. Krulac, P.O. Box 1064, Mechanicsburg,
Pennsylvania who paid said purchase price to the Bureau at time of sale.

4. Currently there are no outstanding delinquent real estate taxes, interest and costs
on said property due to the Tax Claim Bureau. Distribution of the 1995 and prior
year taxes was made December 1, 1995. A tax lien certificate is attached hereto
as Exhibit "A".
5. As outlined on the Lien Search attached as Exhibit "B", there are no other liens
recorded for the owner, Marlene L. Weigle, at the time of sale.
6. As outlined on the Schedule of Distribution attached as Exhibit "C", all real estate
taxes, transfer taxes, and recording fees were paid in 1995 and 1996.
7. Distribution of sale proceeds by the Bureau is controlled by 72 P.S. §5860.205(d)
according to the following priority:
(1) First, to the Commonwealth, by payment to the State Treasurer through the
Department of Revenue, for satisfaction of tax liens of the Commonwealth
only if the total amount of such liens or such portion thereof have been included
in the purchase price and paid by the purchaser or the property is sold at judicial
sale pursuant to this act.
(2) Second, to the respective taxing districts in proportion to the taxes due
them.
(3) Third,'to taxing districts or municipal authorities for satisfaction of
municipal claims.
(4) Fourth, to mortgagees and other lien holders, in order of their priority,
for satisfaction of mortgages and liens as they may appear of record,
whether or not discharged by sale.
(5) Fifth, to the owner of the property.
8. Petitioner proposes that the $2000.00 of net proceeds of this Upset Sale; after
transfer tax and recording fees included in the sale price be distributed as follows:
a) $ 411.90 to the Cumberland County Tax Claim Bureau.
b) $ 79.35 to Debra Wiest, tax collector.
c) $1,508.75 to Marlene L. Weigle, owner at time of sale. If not claimed, within
three (3) years, the distribution due Marlene L. Weigle will be forfeited to
the taxing authorities, (72 P.S. §5860.205(f) ).

9. Section 205(e) of the Real Estate Tax Sale Law (72 P.S. §5860.101 et. seq.)
provides as follows:
Prior to the actual distribution required by subsection (d), the bureau shall
petition the court of common pleas for a confirmation of distribution. The
petition shall set forth a proposed schedule of distribution for each
account and shall request the court to issue a rule to show cause on each
distributee why the court should not confirm the distribution as proposed.
The rule to show cause and a copy of the petition shall be served by first
class mail upon each distributee and upon the purchaser, with proof of mailing
to the last residence or place of business of the distributee known to the
bureau and to the purchaser at the address given to the bureau. If the
rule to show cause is not returned by any distributee or purchaser on or
before the time set for its return, the court shall forthwith confirm the
distribution absolutely. If any distributee or purchaser makes a return
of the rule within the time set by the court, the court shall forthwith hear
any objections and exceptions to the proposed distribution and thereafter
adjust the schedule of distribution as it deems just and equitable according
to law and confirm the distribution absolutely as adjusted. An absolute
confirmation of distribution by the court shall be final and nonappealable
with respect to all distributees listed in the petition.
10. Your petitioner respectfully requests that the Rule be Returnable on or after
July 15, 2007 in order to allow service thereof.
11. Your Petitioner further requests that a copy of the Court's Rule to Show
Cause also be served upon the following by United States first class mail by
the Tax Claim Bureau:
