Pennsylvania Is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract with Brian C. Bolger &
Co.. of 24 Circle Drll'e, Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, for the erection of a nl'O-
story home upon a lot of land situate in West Pennsboro Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, being known as Lot No. 29, Final Subdivision Plan for Robert J. Yinger, Barry L.
Yinger, and Glenn L. Warehime, as recorded in Cumberland County Plan Book 63, Page 42.
Legal Description:
BEGINNING at a PK Nail set in Township Route 437 (Lawrence Lane) at comers common wilh Lot No. 28 of the
aforementioned subdivision plan; thence in said township route South S2 degrees 19 minutes 46 seconds West a
dlltance of 1S0.00 feet to a PK Nail; thence nlong Lot No. 30 of the aforementioned lubdivlsion plan Nonh 37
degrees 40 minutes 14 seconds West a distance of 62S.00 feet through an Iron pin and to a second Iron pin; thence
along Lot No. 2S of the aforementioned subdivision plan North S2 degrees 19 minutes 46 seconds Eot a distance of
1S0.00 feet to an iron pin; thence along Lot Nos. 26, 27, nnd 28 of the aforementioned subdivision plan South 37
degrees 40 minutes 14 seconds East a distance of 62S.00 feet through an iron pin and to a PK Noll set in Township
Route 437 (Lawrence Lane) being the place of BEGINNING.
BEING all of Lot No. 29 of the aforementioned subdivision plan. CONTAINING 2.IS2 acres, more or len.
BEING the same premises which Robert J. Yinger and Shirley A. Yinger. husband and wife; Barry L. Yinger and
Marjorie L. Yinger. husband and wife; Glenn L. Warehime and Darlene K. Warehime. hUlband and wife, by their
Deed dated January 31, 1994. and recorded in the Omce of the Recorder of Deeds In Deed Book "T". Volume 36.

Now, October 26, 1995, attbe time of nnd immediately before the execution of the principal
contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Owners to the said Contractor to
commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same In consideration of the
making of the said contract with them and the further consideration of one Dollar, to Contractor
paid by OWllers It is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by the contractor, or any
sub-contractor, nor by any of the materialmen or workmen or any other person for any labor, or
materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the
right to file such liens being expressly waived.
