GOODLING, of 2920 Dickinson Avenue, Camp Hill, penn.ylvania, hereinafter referred to as Owner, whereby the former undertook and agreed to erect and construct a single faaily re.idential dwelling on that certain lot of ground situate in Hampden Township, Cumberland county, Pennsylvania, being Lot No. 439, Highlands of Hampden square Phase IV, as recorded in Plan Book 66, Page 17. Being a portion of the same premises which Hampden square Development company by deed dated November 17, 1988 and recorded in the Cumberland county Recorder of Deed. Office in Deed Book R, Volume 33, Page 1077, granted and conveyed unto Highland. of Hampden Square Partnership. Also being the ea.e pre.iee. which Highlands of Hampden square Partnership by deed dated October .;lS, 1995 and about to be recorded herewith, granted and conveyed unto Russell C. Goodling.
