certain tract of land including improvements thereon, owned by them and described

For sewer services rendered fram 07/01/01 to 07/31/02.5aid services were ~endered
pursuant to ordinance. Attached hereto is a statement of the kind and character of the
services so rendered and the price charged therefor, said statement being a true copy of
the owner's account with Hampden Township which sum of $356.59 was duly assessed
against the hereinabove-named owner and the premises on 07/01/01 and for which sum, with
interest, penalties and costs, a lien is claimed against the above-described premises in
accordance with the Act of May 16, lg23, P.L. 207 (53 P.5. 5action 7101, et seq.), as
amended and supplemented, and the Act of M~/2, 1945, P.L. 382 (53 P.5. 5action 301,
et seq), as amended and supplemented.
