The work consisted primarily of replacement of the enqine
and clutch assembly and incidentally of brake and electrical work
with a total price of $7,587.30.

When Defendant FRANK B. KRAMER, JR., picked up the truck on
July 6, 1995, the parties paid the sum of $1,100 on account of
the total obliqation.
7.
On Auqust 25, 1995, Defendants paid the sum of $300 on
account.
8.
The prices charqed by Plaintiff for the labor and materials
supplied were fair and reasonable and were the ordinary market
prices therefor and the prices that Defendants promised and
aqreed to pay Plaintiff.
9.
Defendants accepted the work and materials without
objection.
10.
The balance due and owinq to Plaintiff from Defendants is
$6,187.30.
