1. Plaintiff is an adult individual who resides at 55
Sherwood Circle, Enola, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania
17025.
2. Defendant is an adult individual whc resides at
4. On July 21. 1995. the Defendant owned a
219 Clay Street. West Fairview. Cumberland Ccunty,
Pennsylvania.
3. On July 21, 1995, Plaintiff and Georse A.
DeMartyn. III are the owners of a 1988 Honda Prelude
Pennsylvania License No, UV6-168.
which has a Pennsylvania license.

5. On July 21, 1995, on or about 6:00 o'clook p.m.
. the Plaintiff was operating her said vehiole on Oyster Mill
Road, Township of East Pennsboro, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania and was prooeeding from Camp Hill Borough
toward her residenoe.
6, On JulY 21, 1995, on or about, 6:00 o'olook p.m.
the Defendant was operating his motoroyole on Oyster Mill
Road, Township of East Pennsboro, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania and was prooeeding from Enola toward Camp Hill
Borough.
7. The Plaintiff approaohed a ourve in Oyster Mill
Road, whioh ourve went to her right and she was off the
maoadam road when, to make way for Defendant who was
prooeeding toward Plaintiff's vehicle, in the opposite
direction from Plaintiff's direction of travel when
Defendant's, through his negligence, motorcycle crossed the
oenter line of Oyster Mill Road; made impact with
Plaintiff's vehicle at the vioinity of the left rear wheel
and ripped the rear bumper from its mounting,
8. The Detendant was negligent, oareless and reokless
beoause:
a. Failing to maintain his motor vehiole under
proper and adequate oontrol:
b, Failing to keep proper lookout tor the motor
vehiole being operated by Plaintitt:
0, Failing to keep his motor vehiole on the
proper halt ot Oyster Mill Road;
d. Operating his motor vehiole without due regard
tor the rights and satety ot Plaintitt's motor
vehiole:
e. Suoh other aots ot negligenoe, oarelessness
and reoklessness as may be determined through
the prooess ot disoovery and/or at trial.
9, As a direot and proximate result ot the said
impaot, the Detendant oaused damage to the lett rear bumper
and Plaintitt expended the sum ot $665,00 to have the bumper
repaired. (See Exhibit "A")
WHEREFORE, Plaintitt demands judsment asainst the
Detendant in an amount not in exoess ot Ten Thousand Dollars
($10,000.00), plU8 interest trom July 24, 1995 and dooket
oosts.
