BETWEEN TIMOTHY A, LEMKE and CHRISTINE L. LEMKE, husband and
wife, of Franklin Township, York County.
Pennsylvania, hereinafter
(Grantors)
and TERRY T. ALBRIGHT and BETTY A. ALBRIGHT, husband and
wife, of Dickinson Township, CUmberland County,
Pennsylvania, hereinafter
(Granteell)
WITNESSBTH, that in consideration of Ninety-seven Thousand and
00/100------------____________________________________($97,000.00)
in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the said
grantors do hereby grant and convey to the said grantees, their
heirs and assigns as tenants by the entireties.
ALL those two houses and lots of ground situate in the Township of
Dickinson, County of CUmberland and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,
more particularly described as follows:
Parcel No.1: BEGINNING at a stone on the Pine Road; thence by
lands formerly of Catherine Lockhart, now Parcel No.2,
hereinafter described, North 19 degrees West 163.35 feet to a
stone; thence by lands now or formerly of Mary Swonger. North 63
degrees East 69.3 feet to a stone; thence by the same. South 31
degrees East 123.75 feet to a stone on the said Pine Road; thence
by the said Pine Road, South 44 degrees West 108.9 feet to a
point, the place of BEGINNING. CONTAINING 45 perches, more or
less, and improved with a two-story frame dwelling house.
Parcel No.2: BEGINNING at a point int he Pine Road; thence by
lands now or formerly of Carrie Roush, North 16 degrees West 198
feet to a point; thence by the same, North 60 degrees East 82.5
feet to a pine tree; thence by lands formerly of George Yeingst,
now Parcel No.1, above described, South 19 degrees East 163.35
feet to said Pine Road; thence by said Pine Road 109.11 feet to a
point, the place of BEGINNING, CONTAINING one-half (*) acre, more
or less, and improved with a two story brick dwelling house,
BEING the same premises which Lester S. Eser and Ruby D. Eser,
husband and wife, by deed dated April 9, 1976 and recorded in the
Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for CUmberland County in
Deed Book 26-N, Page 371 granted and conveyed to Timothy A, Lemke,
one of the Grantors herein. The said Christine L. Lemke joins in
this conveyance to extinguish any right, title and interest she
may have by r~ason of marriage.
