BEGINNING at a point lying in the southern right-of-way line of
Appaloosa Way a 50.00 foot wide road, said point being a corner with
Lot '10 as shown on ths final subdivision plan of The Ridings/ THENCE
with the 1ins of Lot '10 South 42 degrees 44 minutes 13 seconds West
243.52 feet to a point, said point being a corner with Lot "s 10, 15
and 20 as shown on ths aforementioned p1anl THENCE continuing with the
1ins of Lot '15 North 36 dsgrees 49 minutes 20 seconds West 567.70
feet to a point lying in the southern right-of-way line of aforesaid
Appaloosa Way, said point being a corner with Lot '15/ THENCE
