WHEREAS, ' lllsulatlon hu entered Into a contract with Carlisle SYRTec Systems,
Division of Carlisle Corporation, to provide materials and perform labor necessary for improvement to the real
property situated In the Borouah of Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, on the north .Ide of U.S. Route
II South more particularly described In deeds recorded In the Office for the Recordlna of Deeds In and for
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania on March 20, 1951 In Deed Book R, Volume 11 at Pille .83 and June 19,
19811n Deed Book L, Volume 29 at Pille 539.
NOW THEREFORE, It Is hereby stipulated and aireed by and between the said parties, u part of the
said contract and for the consideration therein set forth. that neither the undenlined Contractor, any subcontractor
or material man, nor any other person furnlshlnalabor or materials to the said Contractor under this coRtractshall
file a lien, commonly called a mechanic's lien. for work done or materials furnished to the aald bulldlna or any
part thereof.
This stipulation Is made and Intended to be filed with the Cumberland County, Pennsylvania Prothonotary
within ten (10) days after date, In accordance with requirements of Act of Assembly of Pennsylvania, In such cue
provided.
