PORTER, husband and wife, of 860 Acri Road, Mechaniceburg, PennSYlvania, hereinafter referred to ae Owner, whereby the former undertook and agreed to erect and construct a single-family residential dwelling on that certain lot of ground situate in East Pennsboro Township, Cumberland County, Pennsyl- vania, being Lot L-3, Phase II, Section VI, Floribunda Heights, as recorded in Plan Book 67, Page 54. Being part of the same premises which J. David Pealer, et al. by Deed dated January 22, 1988 and recorded in the Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds Office in Deed Book 33-0, Page 952, granted and conveyed unto Floribunda Associates Limited Partnership. Also being the same pre.ises which Floribunda Associates Limited Partnership by Deed dated 0 c.-(rl. tA- ,~J , 1995 and about to be recorded herewith, granted and conveyed unto James o. Porter and Pamela A. Porter, husband and wife.
