4. The Defendante, or lo.e of the., are the ownerl of property aituate
at 100 Oakwood Drive in the Boroulh of Wor.leYlburl, Cu.berland County,
Pennaylvania.
5. So.eti.e durinl February of 1995, the ho.e at 100 Oakwood Jrive
owned by the Defendantl waa extenlively da.aled by fire. In the la.e
incident, the content a of the aaid ho.e were da.aled aa well.
6. In re.ponle to a requelt .ade by the Defendante and their alent I and
reprelent.tivea, Plaintiff prepared and aub.itted to Defendanta a propoaal to
do certain re.toration, repair, and cleaninl work on the property at 100
Oakwood Drive, and the content a of aaid property. Attached hereto and ..rked
a. Exhibit A i. a copy of luch propolal.
7. Thereafter, durinl the firlt two weeka of Harch of 1995, the
Defendantl accepted Plaintiff'l propolaI to do auch work and the partiel
orally alreed that Plaintiff would do that work and that the D.fendanta would
pay Plaintiff the IU. of $7,969.99 for luch work.
8. Thereafter, between Harch Ind June of 1995, Plaintiff perfor.ed it.
oblilationl under the oral alree.ent between the parti.a and pr.for.ed the
repair, reltoration and cleaninl work at the reeidence at 100 Oakwood Drive in
Wor.leyaburl, with the exception of wallpaper work to be done in the kitchen,
which the partiel alreed Plaintiff would not do and for which Defendanta would
receive a credit of $774,00 alainlt the aU.I Defendantl owed to Plaintiff
under the oral alree.entl between the partiel.
9. Plaintiff hal perfor.ed itl oblllations under the oral alree.ent
between the partiel and il entitled to pay.ent for thOle eervicel.
10. Defendantl, deapite repeated de.anda by Plaintiff, ha1e failed and
refuled to .ake pay.ent to Plaintiff of the eu.a due Plaintiff. Defendanta,
by their conduct, have injured Plaintiff in the aaount of $1,195.99, plul
intereat after 30 June 1995.
